Teenage Acne
I know that if you are going to see acne on someone’s face it is usually a face of a teenager. Of course most people would say that there are various reasons why teenagers are usually the ones with acne – the hormones at that age are raging and exploding like fireworks, their bodies try to get used to the new maturing stage of their life, the food teenagers eat in both quantity and quality differs from, nutritious foods are not exactly a popular choice for teenage meals. All of the mentioned above things affect the skin of young girls and boys, there really is no question about it.
But I have also come up with another theory on the subject. I remember that when I myself was a teenager, besides not taking good care of my nutrition and other important things, I remember that it was never really a priority for me to wash my face in the morning and at night. There were so many days when I would pile on the make up, including all kinds of foundations and cover up and wear it all day and then would just crash in my bed at night without really washing my face. I know that my friends were the same way. So my theory is that if every teenager started washing their face thoroughly in the morning and at night, not nearly as many of them would have as big acne problems as they do!
