How to Achieve Glowing Skin
I have always thought that there are some people who are born with good skin and others who are born with bad skin. In high school some kids just always had the perfect skin and I just was not one of them. Luckily I was a girl could put a lot of foundation on my face to try to cover up all the acne on my chin and forehead (I’ve always felt so bad that most boys don’t really feel like they have that option), but then I talked to my good friend’s mother one day who asked me how often I wash my face. I told her that I do so while I am taking a shower and even then I just let the water run on my face and I consider it clean.
She then told me to try to not use any foundation or cover up (which she said would be hard at first) and also to wash my face with good facial soap in the morning, in the afternoon, and at night before bed. She said that it was her family secret to good skin and my friend (Her daughter) had wonderful skin so I decided to try it. The result was amazing. After starting to wash my face several times a day, after which I would use whatever facial cream my had in her drawer and I started to avoid using make up and then my skin started to glow and all the acne went away and would only come for a few days back before my periods. Go figure!
